With her 35 years of experience in business, Ümran Beba will talk about the importance of mentoring at every stage of one’s career. As a student getting ready for the first job, during internship to onboarding to your first management role, it is critical. Then you start also mentor people which is a great experience of sharing, learning and adding value to others lives. These days, we are talking about group mentoring/coaching and reverse mentoring to make it even more effective. When you lead leaders, join C-suite, become a CEO, or a board member, you still and even more need the guidance of the people who have been through those ranks and others who can add value in other ways like digital, technology and new ways of working, agile work etc. It is a matter of being open to give and get support to succeed in life and live a legacy.
