IDA is a Danish members’ association with more than 125.000 members, and this year IDA is celebrating its 25th anniversary www.ida.dk

In this session, we will share with you about two mentoring programmes at IDA, the Danish Society of Engineers. These mentoring programmes were redesigned in 2018 and have since become a flagship of the society and very popular among the members. The programme manager, Lise Dan, will present around the purpose and design of the mentoring programmes as well as share challenges and pitfalls and how they have overcome these.

Additionally, Kirsten M Poulsen from KMP+ House of Mentoring will provide insight into the unique success criteria and value of these kinds of mentoring programmes, where mentors and mentees come from different companies, and you will learn about key concepts for designing and implementing such mentoring programmes.
